邓佳,1983年4月出生,云南昆明人,教授,博士,博士生导师,云南省高层次人才培养支持计划 “青年拔尖人才”、 云南省中青年学术和技术带头人后备人才。毕业于北京林业大学,主要从事经济林(果树)栽培利用的科研与教学工作。主持国家级、省级科研项目5项,其中国家自然科学基金项目3项。累计以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外知名刊物上发表学术论文30余篇,部分研究成果已先后发表在果品贮藏及食品化学领域TOP刊物《Green Chemistry》、《Postharvest Biology and Technology》、《Food Chemistry》和《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》上,受到国内外研究同行的认可。申请“一种羧甲基纤维素钠复合涂膜保鲜剂其制备方法及应用”等发明专利4项、实用新型专利6项,以主编出版学术专著2部。所开发的生物基环保果品保鲜技术在高原特色果品采后保鲜、病害防控领域具有良好的推广应用前景。
